Certificates are automatically generated
immediately with the passing of 80% on course test.
Upon competion of test, you will have
the option of choosing "email" or you may choose "on-screen".
- "On screen" allows your certificate to be directly downloaded
to your computer by holding your mouse on the picture of your certificate
and choosing "save this picture as". (Mac users choose "same
this image as")
- Certificates may be printed out or you may attach the certificate
file from your computer to an email and email it directly to your
agency's training coordinator.
If you feel your
certificate may have been lost in cyberspace, NEVER PANIC!
It is stored in our data base and is easily retrievable.
